Firm and deep, slightly oxidative aroma of dried yellow fruits and flowers with sultana tones, citrus zest, a little cinnamony yellow spice, candy notes and dried Mediterranean herbs. Concentrated and very firm, sweet yellow fruit, clearly citrus zest, again also yellow spice, reminiscent of saffron and sea buckthorn, warm and powerful on the palate, but also with bite and a certain freshness, oxidative tones, ethereal aromas, salt in the background, complex, deep and long.
