Tart, somewhat yeasty and mushroomy, still a touch reductive with restrained, bright yellow fruity and nutty tones. Lean, bright, quite dry fruit, planty, mushroomy and buttery notes, fine, relatively lively acidity, some grip, yeasty tones, some persistence, good, tart finish.
