Delicately almondy and finely vegetal nose with pome fruit aromas, a little yeast and floral nuances. Lean, restrained, bright, quite dry fruit, yeasty, delicately nutty and fresh-vegetable aromas, very fine acidity, some persistence, chalky and salty traces, hints of smoke, good to very good finish.
