Nutty, somewhat vegetal and yeasty aroma of pome fruit as well as some fennel and anise with smoky nuances. Firmly woven, bone-dry fruit, lively acidity and grip of much friable tannin, yeasty and vegetal notes, chalky-salty minerality, good persistence, light nutty flavours, good to very good, again tart finish.
