The traditional winery "Domaine Louis Bovard" is located in the municipality of Cully in the Lavaux area of the Swiss canton of Vaud
. It is managed by the ninth generation of the family, the lawyer Louis-Philippe Bovard. The vineyards cover a total of 17 hectares. The majority, 16 hectares, are steep slopes in the areas of Calamin
, St. Saphorin and Epesses (Lavaux), with one hectare in Aigle. In addition, grapes are also purchased from contract winegrowers. White wines are produced to 85%, red wines to 15%. Among the premium wines are the white wines "La Médinette" (Dézaley), "L'Archevesque" (St. Saphorin) and "Terre à Boire" (Epesses) made from Chasselas (Gutedel). Other wines are made from Chenin Blanc, Gamay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. About 250,000 to 300,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
