2019 Côtes duTarn IGP "Chope le Coq", South-west France, France

Tart aroma of predominantly black berries and a hint of cherries with dried-vegetable to herbal and slightly earthy notes. Clear, straightforward, tart dark fruit, nutty hints and some bitter chocolate, lavender-floral nuances, fine dusty tannin, certain power and persistence, also almost cool elements, good to very good, tart finish with some acid bite
