2015 Côtes duTarn IGP "Chope le Coq", South-west France, France

Tart nose, light animal notes, cedary and dried vegetal notes, black and a few red berries, earthy and wilted floral notes. Fairly juicy dark fruit on the palate, nuttyaromas, chocolate, fine sandy tannins, touch of carbon dioxide, noticeable high alcohol, pepperyspice, good persistence, light acidbite, herbaceous notes and juniper, more choclate on a fruity, spicy finish.
