Firm, smoky, somewhat dried herbal, fleshy, peppery and slightly sooty aroma of predominantly dark berries and a little cherries with bacony nuances and a hint of blood. Taut, relatively cool, dark fruit, again smoky to sooty and somewhat bacony notes, certain acid bite, present, still youthful tannin, lasting, some depth, earthy tones in the background, quite clear minerality, tart peppery-spicy tones, has freshness, relatively pithy style, very good, firm, tart finish
