Nutty, slightly woody and spicy, slightly animal scent of ripe, partly preserved dark fruits and a little black olives with earthy notes, some paprika, bacon, tobacco and pepper. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm and melted fruit, polished tannin, chocolaty and delicately peppery notes, a little herbal, again reminiscent of black olives, persistent, a little toasty, salt in the background, still rather young, very good finish with warm juice, spice and noticeable alcohol
