Translate to English Fester, geschliffener Duft nach schwarzen Beeren mit zart tabakigen und verhalten holzigen Aromen, etwas Trockenkräutern, Bitterschokolade, Rotkohl und einem Hauch Süßholz. Reife, saftige Frucht mit nussiger Holzwürze und einem Hauch Schokolade, feinsandiges Tannin und zarter Säurebiss, nachhaltig und geschliffen am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, etwas Griff, tabakige Nuancen, ein Hauch roten Paprikas, im Hintergrund auch mineralische Töne, fester Bau, süßlicher Schmelz, wieder an Rotkohl erinnernde Noten, noch jung, sehr guter bis langer, eingemacht-fruchtiger und etwas schokoladiger Abgang.
