2022 AOC Graubünden Chardonnay "Passion", German-speaking Switzerland-Grison, Switzerland

Cool, firm and deep nose of bright yellow fruit with fine vegetal and herbaceous aromas, a hint of smoke and redcurrants as well as hints of minerality. Polished, firm and dense, bright fruit with light dark berry notes, a hint of tobacco and nuances reminiscent of crayfish, lively yet fine acidity, crumbly tannins, dense and persistent on the palate, intense salty and chalky minerality, cool planty flavours in the background, some barrel wood, very good to long finish with cool juice.
