Firm and deep, somewhat tobacco-like, nutty and hints of bacon flavours of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of medicinal herbs, vegetable oil and artichokes. Cool and taut in the mouth, with a hint of dark berries, some green tobacco and lemon balm, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, intense salty minerality, also some mussel shells, barrel wood tones in the background, a hint of ethereal smoke, good depth, very good, fine-juicy finish with bite and pressure. Extremely animating.
