2021 AOC Graubünden Pinot Noir "Passion", German-speaking Switzerland-Grison, Switzerland

Somewhat floral and tobacco aromas of crisp red and black forest berries with a hint of smoke and flavours reminiscent of capuccino as well as resinous traces. Ripe, very juicy, rather red berry fruit with present, yet very ripe and crumbly tannins and a fine acid bite, dense and persistent on the palate, smoky, somewhat tobacco and ashy tones, behind it salt and chalk, has energy, herbal nuances, very good, firm finish with tension and persistence.
