Clearer, firmer, and quite deep, distinctly floral, somewhat vegetable, nutty, and subtly smoky-bacon scent of yellow fruits with a hint of butter and vanilla, as well as nuances reminiscent of meadow herbs. Polished, juicy, firm citrus fruit with restrained sweetness, a touch of dark berries and hinted medicinal herbs, present acidity, has grip from ripe tannins, good substance and sustainability, in the background slightly roasted and nutty wood nuances, much salty minerality, also a little shellfish, good depth, despite all the power also cool elements, very good, again juicy finish with refreshing acidity and bright minerality.
