Floral and slightly resinous-ethereal nose of mixed berries and moss with green pepper, a little smoke and green tobacco. Tart in the mouth, somewhat earthy, with restrained berry tones and again slightly green ethereal-vegetable, minty flavours, a certain acid bite, coffee in the background, cocoa butter, a little sandy tannins, good persistence and certain power, salty-mineral hints, hints of cocoa, very good, tart, somewhat drying and chocolaty finish. Becomes firmer and juicier with air.
