2022 Côtes duTarn IGP Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, South-west France, France

Clearly reminiscent of peppers, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and herbaceous stone fruit scent with a hint of mixed berries. Clear, rather cool fruit with planty aromas, lively, yet fine acidity, has grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, good, tart finish.
