2020 Gaillac AOC "Renaissanca", South-west France, France

Clear aroma of black berries with vegetal to herbal and hints of cedar notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy, tart dark fruit, again herbal-vegetable notes, a hint of coffee on the palate, some bitter chocolate and hints of juniper, again cedary nuances, some salt, relatively fine tannin, some bite, still young, very good, polished, tart-juicy finish with moderate woody spice.
