Smoky, nutty and a hint of animal on the nose, predominantly dark berries with tobacco nuances and a little bitter chocolate. Tart, again rather dark fruit with smoky and bitter chocolate wood notes, fine sandy tannins, a certain acid bite, some iron in the background, also salty tones, a hint of tobacco, still young, good to very good, tart, still a touch drying finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
