Translate to English Fester, teeriger und ganz leicht blutiger Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit tabakigen und erdigen bis mineralischen Noten sowie einem Hauch Wacholder. Kräftig und schmelzig im Mund, reife, teils eingemacht wirkende, eher warme Frucht, feinsandiges Tannin, Kräuternoten und zart getrocknet-florale Aromen am Gaumen, im Hintergrund ein wenig Provencekräuter und ein Hauch Pfeffer, ganz leicht marmeladiger Stil, ein wenig eingelegte Birnen im Hintergrund, bitterliche Holzanklänge, nachhaltig, sehr guter, eher warmer Abgang mit reifer Frucht, bitterlichem Holz und gewürzigen Tönen. Wird mit Luft immer straffer, feiner und komplexer.
