Slightly yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable apple flavour with citrus nuances. Slender, slightly sweetish, bright, apple fruit, nutty and yeasty notes, a hint of dark berries and plums, moderate, fine perlage, certain persistence, floral traces, good to very good, sweetish finish.
