2022 Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene DOCG Superiore Dry "Undici", Veneto, Italy

Slightly yeasty apple flavour with vegetal and floral nuances. Relatively sweet fruit with nutty and delicate floral flavours, a hint of dark berries in the background, fine perlage, certain persistence, delicate grip, good to very good finish.
