Cool, fresh-vegetal to herbal and slightly yeasty nose with apple and citrus aromas. Clear, polished, delicately juicy, again cool fruit, herbal-vegetable and slightly yeasty tones, medium-fine mousseux, some grip, certain persistence, smoky traces, hints of mushrooms, good to very good finish.
