Cool, restrained, herbal and slightly yeasty nose with apple and citrus tones and floral traces. Clear, taut, tart fruit, yeasty notes, very slightly vegetal and floral tones, a hint of almonds and walnut on the palate, smoky nuances, relatively fine mousseux, good persistence, a hint of protein on the palate, tobacco nuances and salt, very good, tart finish.
