More restrained, rather cooler, slightly vegetal. light floral and yeasty fragrance with fine apple and citrus flavors. Clear, polished, elegantly juicy fruit on the palate, delicate sweetness and very fine mousse, good persistence, quite elegant style, floral and herbaceous notes in the background, a touch of salt, quite refreshing, sweetish to sweet on a good to very good finish.
