Fairly shy nose, some pomaceous fruit, vegetal and light yeasty notes, cheesy traces. Delicately sweet, light-bodied fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and some more yeasty notes, medium-fine, lively mousse, light acid bite, not particularly deep, attractive finish.
