Pomaceous fruit on the nose, light vegetal notes, spicy with mineral and herbaceous notes. Quite firmly structured, elegant and juicy on the palate, more vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral traces, elegant acidity, first delicate signs of maturity, full body, quite concentrated, mineral notes in the background, good persistence, very good finish.
