2004 Colli Tortonesi DOC Vho, Piedmont, Italy

Dried berries and plums on a fairly open nose, cedar and light roasted notes, dark chocolate. Sweetish berry notes on the palate, hint of acidity, slightly jammy, chocolate, modern use of oak, quite well made and clean, integrated, only slightly astringent tannins, appealing, sweetish berries on an attractive finish.
