2003 Colli Tortonesi DOC Vho, Piedmont, Italy

Dark roasted notes on the nose, preserved cherries and mixed berries with chocolate notes. Quite strong roasted notes on the palate too, some dark chocolate and dark, tart, slightly sour fruit, smoky notes, oak on the palate and some dry tannins, tart finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2007+. What our ratings mean
