Warm, tart nose, partly preserved black berries, smoky, tomato vegetal and nutty notes. Ripe, again somewhat stewed fruit, nutty, smoky and clearly bitter chocolate flavours, sandy tannins, clear alcohol, good persistence, not too deep, a little minty-ethereal notes, a hint of tomato paste, preserved fruit and plenty of bitter chocolate even on the high-alcohol finish.
