Nutty, slightly waxy and somewhat root-vegetable aroma with white and green fruity aromas, smoky, light oak notes and a hint of dark berries. Ripe, soft, melting fruit with caramel, nutty and buttery flavours, restrained acidity and crumbly tannin, a little black berries on the palate, root vegetables and elderflower, warming alcohol, good to very good finish with phenolic notes.
