Youthful, yeasty and floral pomaceous fruit nose with red berry nuances, a hint of almonds and hazelnuts, hints of tobacco and lemony traces. Straightforward, slender, not completely dry fruit, vegetal to herbal, floral and nutty tones, fine, slightly superficial mousseux, a little dark berries in the background, certain persistence, a hint of candy and pink pepper, smoky hints, some salt, a little soft, delicately sweetish finish with smoke, pepper and moderate grip.
