Champagne AOC Extra Brut Cuvée "Prestige", Champagne, France

Cool, somewhat vegetal and yeasty nose with restrained pomaceous fruit notes, some mushrooms, herbs, hint of root vegetables and light floral notes. Quite juicy, partly dark fruit with nutty, yeasty, mushroomy and vegetal tones, a little herbs, quite fine mousseux and moderate grip, good persistence, a hint of smoke in the background, hints of sweetness, earthy, salty and chalky mineral notes, very good, sweetish-juicy finish with black berries, a hint of vanilla butter and nutty spice.
