Very slightly fleshy-animalic aroma with nutty, yeasty tones, light pomaceous fruit, hints of dark berries as well as vegetable and floral nuances. Nutty and slightly smoky on the palate, a hint of cocoa, yeasty notes, yellow and hints of dark fruit, slightly buttery-creamy on the palate, some pepper, crumbly tannins and fine perlage, certain persistence, slight warmth, very good finish with ethereal traces.
