2019 Champagne AOC Extra Brut Rosé "Saignée de Meunier", Champagne, France

Somewhat yeasty and nutty aromas of red berries, pomegranate seeds, citrus fruit, butter and a hint of vanilla. Ripe, predominantly red fruit, a little pome fruit and black berries, again also pomegranate seeds, nutty, smoky and bacony flavours, fine mousseux and light tannic grip, some brown butter on the palate, good substance and persistence, moderate dosage sweetness, fleshy and mushroomy traces, very good finish.
