Delicate vegetal and slightly rosemary-like, yeasty nose with rather light pomaceous fruit notes, some dark berries, parsley and wild mushrooms. Quite firm, slightly smoky, nutty and tobacco fruit, yeasty notes, fine mousseux and some grip, restrained dosage sweetness, dark berry and plum tones in the background, good persistence, some grip, bacony and buttery nuances, very good finish.
