Slightly fennel-vegetable, moderately yeasty citrus-pome fruit nose with floral aromas, nutty and buttery tones, a little mushroom, bacon, a hint of smoke and hints of dark berries. Not quite dry fruit with nutty, smoky and buttery tones, light tannin grip, fried fennel and mushrooms on the palate, certain persistence, quite fine, almost moderate perlage, persistent on the palate, red berry notes, a little chocolaty-woody spice, also vanilla, certain melting, smoke, salt and chalk in the background, very good finish.
