Firm scent of ripe black and red berries with juniper notes, Mediterranean herbs, some black olives, tart nut tones and a little tar. Ripe, yet tart, restrained fruit, some smoky and nutty wood, bacony nuances, cedary tones and a hint of tar, in the background Mediterranean herbs, juniper and black olives, also a little dried tomatoes, salty and chalky minerality, good depth, peppery nuances, very good, firm, tangy and spicy, somewhat smoky and again also herbaceous finish with bacony notes.
