Firm, somewhat toasty and peppery-spicy aroma of ripe dark berries and a little cherry with herbal notes from Provence, tobacco, hints of tar, mustard seeds and hints of bacon. Tight, tangy fruit, ethereal notes, herbal and peppery-spicy, some acidity and present, rather fine tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, some liquorice, quite complex, still undeveloped, very good, tight, tangy and spicy finish with grip and pull.
