2018 Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva (L.031021), Tuscany, Italy

Clear, accessible aroma of red and black berries with cherry nuances, a hint of dried herbs and nutty traces. Firmly woven, tart and juicy fruit, nutty and slightly tobacco, also a little smoky-roasty wood notes, fine sandy, present, slightly drying tannin, bacony nuances, good persistence, a trace of root vegetables in the background, a little salt, very good, even if slightly drying finish.
