2011 Chianti Classico DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Translate to English Kühler, leicht animalischer Duft nach Sauerkirschen, etwas schwarzen Beeren und Zwetschgen mit ein wenig Suppenkräutern alt- und unterholzigen Nuancen sowie erdiger Mineralik. Klare, eher reife, saftige Frucht im Mund, leicht kandiert-nussige und etwas holzige Würze, feinsandiges, überwiegend mürbes Tannin, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, hat Kraft, aber auch Schliff, im Hintergrund Süßholz, guter, recht saftiger und nussiger Abgang mit gewürzigen und karamelligen Noten.
