Nutty nose, light dried vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit. Fairly mature, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, lively acidity, light tannic touch, mineral traces, very delicate bitter note, good, slightly sweetish finish.

Editor note: Light vegetal notes on the nose, some yellow spice, nutty and light earthy notes, elelgant yellow fruit, mineral notes. Fairly firm sweet fruit on the palate, tart vegetl, herbaceous and mineral notes,some more yellow spice and light nutty notes, good persistence, fairly lively acidity, has some bite, touch of sugar candy in the background, delicate hint of bacon, some bite on a very good sweetish, spicy, juicy finish.
