Somewhat reminiscent of autumn leaves and a hint of leathery aromas of red and some black berries with wilted floral notes, hints of tree bark and moderate, nutty barrel notes. Ripe fruit with youthful, crumbly-sandy tannins, some coffee and hints of tobacco and tobacco ash, persistent on the palate, some power and good substance, still young, again leathery notes and tree bark, very good finish with a hint of dark chocolate.

Best to drink: 2025-2029+. What our ratings mean
