Warm nose of partly preserved red and a little black berries with plum tones, some dried flowers, leather and a hint of blood and ivy. Still somewhat closed, rather tart, yet ripe fruit, present, ripe, fine sandy tannins and dark, cocoa- and coffee-spicy oak notes, good persistence, a hint of soup stock, black olives, very good finish with smoky and again woody tones.

Best to drink: 2025-2032+. What our ratings mean
