Clearly vegetal nose with rather cool pear and citrus aromas, fine herbal tones, hints of pepper, yellow spice, a touch of protein and floral nuances. Tart, restrained fruit, nutty and vegetal aromas, a little mushroomy in the background, fine acidity, noticeable, very slightly drying tannin, also a little yellow spice, some persistence, some warmth, good, slightly muted finish with juniper and smoky nuances.
