Fairly open nose, preserved berries and brown apples, delicate nutty and lactic notes, medicinal herbs. Full-bodied and persistent on the palate, elegant acid bite, compact preserved red currant and blackberry fruit, herbaceous and mineral notes, fairly prominent fine-grained tannins, quite firm with some contours, slightly noticeable acidity, delicate bitter notes on a good finish.
