2008 Colli Piacentini DOC Riserva Gutturnio Classico, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Berries on the nose, herbs and spices, vegetal, mineral and light cedary notes, hint of undergrowth and rubber. Delicately tart berries and cherries on the palate, herbs and spices, vegetal and earthy notes, hint of tobacco, prominent acid bite, fine-grained tannins, quite juicy, polished and has some substance, attractive to good finish.
