Tart, clear black and also a little red berry nose with dried planty to herbal and delicately floral notes. Straightforward, tart-juicy fruit with relatively present, ripe tannins and some bite, a little cocoa and smoke on the palate, good persistence, some warmth, nutty tones, a touch of tar, relatively firm construction, good to very good, juicy and finely spicy finish with some draw. A lot of wine for the money.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
