2007 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Weißburgunder Tauris, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Vegetabiler und leicht nussiger Duft mit Kernobstaromen und ein wenig Zitrusfrüchten sowie einer Spur Muschelschalen. Fest und herb im Mund, nussige, erdige und vegetabile Aromen, zurückhaltende Frucht, feiner Säurebiss, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Töne, hat Kraft, sehr guter, herber Abgang. Hält sich ausgezeichnet.

Editor note: Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy notes, pomaceous fruit and melon, light spicy oak. Clear, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, some nutty notes, elegant acidity, persistent, creamy and full-bodied, also polished with some cool elements, has some depth, earthy and mineral notes in the background, very good finish.

Editor note: Ripe pomaceous fruit and melon on the nose, prominent vegetal notes with a hint of leeks, nutty notes, light spicy oak. Quite full-bodied, creamy fruit on the palate, some more vegetal notes with leeks, elegant tart spicy oak in the background, mineral traces, good persistence, has some depth, but at this stage rather restless, very good finish.
