Cool, bright, predominantly white fruity nose with floral and herbaceous planty notes. Slender, very sweet, again very bright fruit, delicate herbal and floral aromas, a little candyfloss, quite fine perlage, some acid bite, a hint of dark fruit, good, very sweet finish.
