2011 Riserva Tessano, San Marino

Tart, tobacco, iodine-metallic and somewhat cedar scent of black currants, some plums, mulberries and cherries with slightly dried vegetal aromas and a hint of caraway. Ripe, partly canned, fairly juicy fruit with candied-nutty wood nuances and a little chocolate, tender tannins, delicate bite, a lot of melting and strength, but also cooling elements, good sustainability and a little depth, tobacco nuances, slightly spicy, tobacco and cedar in the background, very good finish with some salt. Skillfully.
